- 6:30 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from regular meeting on May 20 and work session on May 27, 2020 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Town Council Update New Business Review building permits, land use clearances, & site plan applications-Barbara Day application Discussion of Weldon/Krantz building permit and county procedure Review of the existing zoning ordinance for possible changes and vote to recommend for public hearing Vote to recommend revised Land Use Clearance ordinance Discussion of preliminary work on Master Plan for presentation to Town Council Other Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Monday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Wednesday scheduled meeting.
