- Public Hearing Notice Budget for July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 Public notices is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding the 2021 budget. The Public Hearing will begin at 6pm on Thursday, June 4th, 2020 at the Hanksville Community Center Notice and Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting on 4th day of June, 2020 at the Hanksville Community Center, in conjunction with the public hearing. The agenda shall be as follows Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Public comments on 2021 Budget Adoption of Budget for July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 A Copy of the budget is on display at the Hanksville Town Hall. Copy may be viewed, but may not be removed from the clerks office. Approval of minutes from May council meeting Report of officers Tabled business Business license applicaotin for Motel Hanksville, LLC Jake Bahr New business Applicaitons for Appointment to fill mayor vacancy in the Hanksville Town Council Public Comment Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52.4.4 Dated this 27th day of May 2020 Lisa Wells Clerk
