- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 19th day of May 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember D. Smith - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 5, 2020 2. New Business - Scott Archibald-Sunrise Engineering- Introduction and Explanation of Water Meter Replacement Proposals - Proposal Interviews For Water Meter Replacement Project: 7:15 - Core & Main 7:45 - Hydro Specialties - Steve Hansen 8:15 - Ferguson - Matthew Lahrs 8:45 - Neptune -Ken Sheffield - Fiscal Year 2020 Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 19-06 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2020 Proposed Budget' - Set Public Hearing Date for FY 2019 Amended Budget and FY 2020 Budget 3. Departments - Department Discussions, if necessary 4. Other Business - June Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - June 2, 2020 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
