- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 18, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the May 4th, 2020 council meeting. 2. Adopt Resolution No. 05.18.2020 A RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE USE OF ELECTRONIC MEETINGS. 3. Water rates 4. Employee raises 5. Review preliminary FY 2021 budget 6. Discuss pool opening and procedures that need to be followed. 7. Discuss Trans Tax Ordinance and process. 8. Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended This meeting can be conducted by electronic means, in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, as currently modified by Executive Order of the Governor of the State of Utah.
