PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and Town Council meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Public Hearing Public comment to be taken on a proposed ordinance (and policy) that would require two-acre feet of water per acre annexed to Annabella Town. III. Appointments A. Chris Nielson to discuss watering schedule for his pasture B. Bryan Morgan to discuss water connection options for property owned by Jerry Gleave C. Zach Leavitt, AOG Regional Planner, Annabella General Plan update information (via phone call) D. Jacob Olsen, Jones & DeMille, culinary water improvement project update IV. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-01, an ordinance establishing the water requirement as two-acre feet of water per acre D. Consider adopting amended annexation policy, contingent upon adoption of Ordinance 2020-01 E.
