March 31, 2020 Town Council Special Meeting 2. April 14, 2020 Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE CODE DISCUSSION. Chief Dan Benson. The Town Council and Planning Commission will review the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Code. 2. TINY HOMES DISCUSSION. Wendy Dowland, Public Works. The Town Council and Planning Commission will hold a discussion on tiny homes. 3. WATER CODE AMENDMENT DISCUSSION . Wendy Dowland, Public Works. The Council will hold discussion on proposed amendments to the Water Code and waterline extension agreements. 4. FISCAL YEAR 2021 BUDGET PRESENTATION. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The tentative Fiscal Year 2021 Budget will be presented to the Council for approval. 5. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FY 2021 STRATEGIC PLAN. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the FY 2021 Strategic Plan. 6. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agenda items. G. ADJOURNMENT
