- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 12:30 p.m. Meeting will be held digitally. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Due to the risks of public gatherings associated with the spread of COVID-19, Governor Gary Herbert has waived the anchor location and other requirements for public meetings/noticing, as outlined in Executive Order 2020-05. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can join and listen to the meeting via telephone following the instructions below. For more information regarding the City's Community Safety Plan for COVID-19 and related City facility closures, please visit: https://www.provo.org/city-services/covid19 To listen to the meeting by phone, dial 346-248-7799. Enter Meeting ID 863-8048-9129 and press #. When asked for a participant ID, press #. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend via YouTube. Item 1: Discussion on final TMP adopted by the City Council Item 2: Provo Transportation Visioning Exercise Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6425 at least three days before the meeting to make arrangements.
