NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Trenton Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020, This meeting will be held remotely. If you wish to attend, email trentontown@hotmail.com before 12:00 noon on Friday May 1, 2020. To receive instructions on how to attend the Trenton Planning & Zoning Meeting via ZOOM Webinar. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order Chairperson Udy 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes February 18, 2020 Comments will be taken from the public. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes. 1. Consideration of Moratorium 2. Zoning Clearance - Roger Nelson 3. Allsop Subdivision review 4. Discussion regarding subdivision progression to completion- Richard Allsop 5. Subdivision Sketch plan review- Sam Lapray 6. Subdivision sketch plan review- Parker Haviland Commissioners may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Commission. No action can be taken on these items. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
