Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday May 13, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the following projects: Mountain Loafer Meadows Annexation: Jeff Southard proposes an annexation of 7.98 acres on the East side of town adjacent to and south of SR 198 and east of 2100 West. The parcel ID is 30:030:0056 and the proposed zone is General Commercial. A conditional use permit to allow a caretaker dwelling for a new storage unit facility at 820 West Utah Avenue.
