STATE OF UTAH UTAH RESIDENCE LIEN RECOVERY FUND ADVISORY BOARD AMENDED AGENDA ELECTRONIC MEETING MAY 6, 2020 8:15 A.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UTAH RESIDECNCE LIEN RECOVERY FUND ADVISORY BOARD WILL HOLD ITS MEETING ELECTRONICALLY, ON CISCO WEBEX OR, ALTERNATIVELY, ON GOOGLE MEET FOR PHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE ON MAY 6, 2020 AT 8:15 A.M. This agenda is subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. Timings and order listed are approximate and may be adjusted, accelerated, or delayed. In accordance with Governor Herbert's Utah Executive Order 2020-1, declaring a state of emergency in response to COVID-19, and pursuant to Utah Executive Order 2020-5, modifying the Open and Public Meetings Act requirements allowing electronic meetings without an anchor location. Utah Executive Order 2020-5 allows a public body to hold an electronic meeting, to provide means by which interested persons and the public may remotely hear or observe by audio or video transmission the open portions of the meeting. In the event a primary location for the electronic meeting is disrupted in any way, the Board, in its sole discretion, may hold its meeting alternatively via Google Meet as referenced below.
