PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Thursday, April 23, 2020 Electronic Meeting Format Morgan County Council Room 6:30 pm PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet, for an electronic session, at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Council Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order - prayer 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Declaration of conflicts of interest 5. Public comment Administrative Discussion: 6. Discussion/Decision: Cox Plat Amendment - Robert and Arvella Cox Subdivision plat amendment in the Peterson area to reduce the irrigation easement on lot #1 from 25 feet to 10 feet. 7. Discussion/Decision: Legacy Hills Small Subdivision Preliminary/Final - Legacy Hills Subdivision Preliminary/Final Plat - A proposed preliminary and final plat for 3 lots on approximately 59 acres located at approximately 2767 Morgan Valley Drive. 8. Discussion/Decision: Canyon View Commercial Concept Plan - A proposed concept plan for a 6 Lot commercial subdivision located at 5649 W Old Highway Road in Mountain Green, Utah. Legislative Discussion 9. Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision: Armormax Rezone - A proposed rezone of approximately 14.70 acres from Light Manufacturing (LM) to Highway Commercial (CH) located at approximately 5649 W Old Highway Road in Mountain Green, Utah. 10. Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision: Pace Future Land Use Map Amendment - A proposed amendment to the Future Land Use Map of approximately 2.44 acres going from Agricultural to Rural Residential. Located at approximately 1418 S Morgan Valley Drive, Morgan, Utah. 11. Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision: Pace Rezone - A proposed rezone of approximately 2.44 acres from A-20 to RR-1. Located at approximately 1418 S Morgan Valley Drive, Morgan, Utah Other: 12. Business/Staff Questions. 13. Approval of March 12, 2020, Planning Commission minutes. 14. Adjourn.
