March 26, 2020 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. There will be no working session. Due to health concerns with direct contact regarding the COVOD-19, the Planning Commission Meeting will be held electronically with commissioners joining remotely through video conferencing from offsite locations. The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public comments are accepted during the regular business session, either by personal presence at our anchor location mentioned above or through the comment session in the YouTube website. 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Remarks b. Agenda Approval c. Staff Reports d. Declaration of conflicts and abstentions from commission members 1. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 817 W 1100 N (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Bamgartner for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Maag Subdivision Plat A on property located at approximately 817 West 1100 North in the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone. 2. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat- Located at approx. 463 W 3300 N (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joshua D. Redding for a 16-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Creekside at Aspen Grove Plat C on property located at approximately 463 West 3300 North in the R-R(PD) Rural Residential Zone. Review and approve the minutes from March 12, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting.
