ROCKY RIDGE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING March 25, 2020 7:30 p.m. M.L.A. Building ************************************************* MINUTES: Approval of January Minutes (February Meeting Cancelled) UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Planning & Zoning Building Permit Check List (Copy attached) 2. Mike Hansen sent an email regarding the planning grant regarding Zoom video conferencing for our meetings. He said UDOT should be in touch with us by the end of the month. (Copy attached) (Town Clerk has had no communication yet) 3. Zach Leavitt sent our CDBG application back to us. The only addition we are missing is a map of the area we are prepared to work on with the funds granted. He sent the Town Clerk a map we can use if Board approves it. (Copy attached) NEW BUSINESS: 1. Zach Leavitt sent a letter of information regarding us receiving the grant and the beginning steps to follow. (Copy attached) 2. Zach Leavitt sent an update regarding the first mandatory meeting date being changed. (Copy attached) 3. Discussion regarding having Terry Allred being the project manager for the grant. 4. 300 South access for 6-plex inlet only. 5. Discussion regarding renaming roads. 6. Discuss extending East Ridge down to 400 South and 500 South. 7. Discussion regarding commercial and residential development for water use. *OPEN FLOOR: 1. Citizen Items: 2.
