- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Notice is hereby given that Davis County will hold its first public hearing on the April 7, 2020 at 4:00 pm to take public comment and begin the thirty (30) day comment period regarding: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) (draft) Program Year 20-21 Annual Action Plan; Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) (draft) Amended Program Year 19-20 Annual Action Plan. Following the conclusion of the thirty (30) day public comment period, a second Public Hearing will be held May 5, 2020 at 4:00 pm to adopt the PY20 Annual Action Plan and Amended PY19 Annual Action Plan. All Public Hearings begin at 4:00 P.M. and are held at the County Administration Bldg., Commission Chambers, 61 S. Main St, Farmington, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during hearings should notify the Commission Office by email to sbrady@co.davis.ut.us or by telephone at (801) 451-3200 or TDD (801) 451-3421, at least three (3) days prior to the public hearing. All documents are available for public review April 1 through April 30, 2020 Monday thru Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M at the Community & Economic Development Department, 61 South Main St, Suite 304, Farmington, Utah. Davis County welcomes the participation of residents through the submission of public comments and participation in the public hearing process.
