- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH March 11, 2020; 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 11TH Day of March 2020, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 02-12-2019 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Review of Displaced Heirs Decision from City Council B. Discussion of Inheritance Rights and Costs Involved C. Installation of Large Flagpole at Pioneer Cemetery D. Pioneer Cemetery Project Needs (Dick and Steve) E. Park Cemetery KIA Monument F. 2020 Memorial Day Program G. Budget Proposal for Fiscal Year 2021 4. OLD BUSINESS 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 7.
