The agenda shall be as follows: 1- Review and approve minutes. 2- Appoint chairman pro-tem. 3- Discuss: a. direction of Planning & Zoning for 2020 b. non-complying uses and non-conforming structures c. variances d. subdivision and lot line adjustments 4- Possible discussion of Rex Williams development. 5- Other business.
