CONSIDER CULINARY AND/OR SECONDARY (IRRIGATION) WATER AMENDMENTS (Legislative)
Continue drafting updates requiring developers to provide adequate water supply - both culinary and secondary. Where secondary water is available, require secondary dry water pipe installation and access.

CONSIDER CREATING AN ORDINANCE FOR COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISIONS (Legislative)
Create a separate ordinance for Commercial Subdivisions. Currently, commercial subdivisions are reviewed based on the residential subdivision ordinance (HPC Code section 13).
