- Laketown Town Council Agenda March 4, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Laketown Town Council will hold a Budget Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 4, 2020 in the Laketown Town Office located at 10 North 200 East Laketown, Utah. BUDGET HEARING To consider, receive public comment and discuss with the Laketown resident to amend the FY 2020 Budgets to accurately represent Revenue and Expenses as follows: FY 2020 General Fund Budget: Park Maintenance Expense - increase by $2,875 Sanitation Expense - increase by $1,100 Office Utilities Expense - increase by $100 FY 2020 Water Fund Budget: Bond Revenue - increase by $10,000 Water Service Revenue -increase by $40,904 Capital Outlay Expense - increase by $99,534 Professional Fees Expense - decrease by $15,000 Utilities Expense - increase by $2,210 Water Samples Expense - increase by $1,822 The public is invited to attend and may give written or oral comments. All public hearing items will be discussed and/or approved during the Laketown Town Council meeting, directly following this Public Hearing. ________________________________________________________________________ On Monday February 26, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov and on the Laketown website at www.laketownutah.com. A copy was also posted in conspicuous view in the Laketown Town Office in Laketown, Utah and on the front door, and inside and outside of the Laketown post office and at Dees Service Station. DATED THIS 26th day of FEBRUARY, 2020 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this public hearing should notify the Laketown Town Office at (435) 946-9000, 10 North 200 East, Laketown, Utah, on Monday through Wednesday at least 3 working days prior to the public hearing. The office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Individuals with speech and/or hearing impairments may call the Relay Utah by dialing 711. Spanish Relay Utah 1-888-346-3162.
