DRAPER ARENA ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Arena Advisory Board will hold a Business Meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at 6:00 PM, at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020 in the Administrative Conference Room. The Agenda will be as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Approve Meeting Minutes from January 22nd, 2020 3. Discuss Concert Event Details on artist and date Sponsorship package for this event 4. Discuss Moto Challenge Update on RFP and who was awarded Sponsorship's Assigned seating this year (volunteer ushers to help) 5. Discussion: Arena Needs and Updates Doug's meeting with Rhett and Foundation on Arena blend 6. Committee Member Reports for Future Agenda Items 7.
