A resolution accepting a Provo City Audit Report and Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008. B. A resolution approving and adopting a restatement of the Provo City Employee Cafeteria Benefit Plan. C. A resolution approving and adopting a restatement of the Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plan. D. A public hearing to consider a resolution declaring the intention of the City of Provo, Utah, to issue industrial revenue bonds to be used to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement and equipping of a manufacturing facility for shooting range equipment (the "Project") to be owned by Action Commercial Park, LLC; authorizing the issuance and sale of such bonds in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $9,000,000; establishing conditions which must be met at or prior to the issuance of such bonds; providing for the reimbursement, if any, from the proceeds of such bonds of expenditures for the Project; providing for a public hearing and notice of bonds to be issued and for ratification of a publication of said notice; and related matters.
