- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting parcel 6-65-2 located at 1140 South Cove View Road. The application proposes a change of zone from CS (Commercial Shopping) to RM-11 (Multi-family Residential). Published in the Richfield Reaper Feb 20 and Feb 27, 2020.
