- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH February 12, 2020; 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 12TH Day of February 2020, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 12-11-2019 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Chad Parry: Recommendations for Cemetery Budget B. Review of Veteran Burials Since Last Wall Update C. Status of Work Order for Gazebo Lights D. Discussion of Cemetery Information Management System (CIMS) E. Replacement of Spaces for Displaced Heirs of Spaces B-41-6,7 F. Continued Discussion of Inheritance Rights 4. OLD BUSINESS--Memorial Day 2020 Program 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS A.
