KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION NOTICE AND AGENDA February 12, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Kanosh Town Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12th in the Kanosh Town Hall located at 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR MEETING: Mayor Frank Paxton a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Department appointments of Council members. d. Approval of minutes from previous meeting e. Approval of payment of Warrants for current meeting f. Fire Department: Fire Chief John Hogan g. CERT: Geri Minton h. Planning and Zoning: Ed Phillips *Building Permits Action: Proceed as recommended REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON .... Trampis Flemming: presentation on the old Landfill site David Hatton: discussion on the confusion of our laws and the constitutional and legal definitions. Resolution #021220 Kanosh Town Tree Removal/Trimming Action: approval and adoption of resolution Deposits: possible purchase or rental of a scanner from the bank Action: Approval of purchase or rental of COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water Utility Delinquency Review: PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS * Progress report on the park project. he public body will conduct a closed meeting: A.
