PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday February 11, 2020 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting December 10, 2019. 2. Review Housing Assistance Report (HAP) February 2020. 3. Discuss new fiscal year 2019-2020 budget. 4. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 5. Submit new name for a new board member to make a total of 7. 6. PHAS (Public Housing Assessment System) Score report. 7. Hand out audit reports from FJ & Associates.
