Commission Members Present: Lynn Ingram, Kevin Stanley, Ed Newton, Dennis Gardner City Council Member Present: Frank Riding Others Present: Secretary Sara Samuelson, Ryan Lynn, Julie Lynn, David Clark Commissioner Lynn Ingram called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Minutes: Commissioner Stanley made a motion to approve the minutes of October 2, 2019 as written. Commissioner Newton seconded the motion. The vote to approve the minutes of October 2, 2019 as written, was unanimous. Ryan and Julie Lynn - Lot Inquiry Ryan and Julie Lynn are looking for property to build a new home on. Mr. Lynn has asked Larry Ellertson if he could purchase property at approximately 435 E 100 N. The lot is subdivided, but will need boundary adjustments, and would be a 3/4 acre. Mr. Lynn inquired as to the amount of water that would be required to be dedicated. The Commission informed the Lynns that they would need both culinary and irrigation water. The Commission informed Mr. Lynn that if he could find a culinary credit and a 1/4 share of town irrigation that would be the best solution for water. The lot has frontage along 100 North currently. Mr. Lynn indicated that he would get the boundary adjustments completed and find the water, and then he would bring back the plans for a building permit. David Clark David Clark asked to address the commission. Mr. Clark is a realtor that is selling a property located at 700 South and Main Street. Mr. Clark informed the Commission that the property does not extend far enough south to build a road at 800 South and wondered about access to the property. The Commission informed Mr. Clark that because the speed limit is only 35 mph there the lot could be accessed from Main St. Adjournment Commissioner Gardner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:44 pm. Commissioner Newton seconded the motion. The vote to adjourn the meeting at 8:44 pm was unanimous.
