Continued - Residential Site Grading Permit - Waimea Way (R-1-10 zone) Property owner Mr. Nicholas Tanga, requests review and approval of proposed grade alterations and retaining plans according to regulations and approval procedures set forth in Holladay Ordinance 13.76.700.F 2. Conditional Use Permit- Home Occupation 1860 E Frontier Rd -R-1-21 Applicant, Karina Luna, is seeking conditional approval permit to operate Luna Cosmetic Artistry a permanent makeup service from her residence as allowed in accordance with Holladay Ordinance 5.54.010 & 13.76.730 3. Residential Site Plan Review, construction near Upper Canal (R-1-10 zone) Property owner, Clayton Runnebohm requests site plan review and consideration for construction of a storage shed within the Upper Canal waterway protection area as per Holladay Ordinances 13.08.140,150A & 13.76.400.
