- KANARRAVILLE TOWN CORPORATION Kanarraville Town Board Meeting December 12, 2019 Kanarraville Town Hall 40 S. Main St. 7:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Call to Order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Roll Call. 4. Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. 5. Open Public Hearing: Should Kanarraville purchase 170 N. Main St. 6. Close Public Hearing. ACTION AND DISCUSSION ITEMS 7. Action from Public Hearing. 8. Approval of minutes from November 14, 2019 Town Board Minutes. 9. Town gift to Iron County Search and Rescue. 10. Water line on 325 E. and 3 possible improvements from Valley Underground. 11. Grazing permit-40 acres up Kanarra Canyon on SITLA property. 12. Final Sign Off for Iron County Building Department before issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. Planners have approved form. 13. Does Kanarraville want prequalifications from potential bidders for the Streets Project? 14. Town Maintenance truck-should the town purchase of lease? 15. Budget, November and December expenditures, and quarterly reports and yearly check to SITLA for Falls lease. 16. Town Board Reports. 17. Mayors Report. 18. New Business. 19. Closed Session. 20. Adjourn.
