CITY OF OREM CITY COUNCIL MEETING 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah January 14, 2020 3:30 P.M. WORK SESSION - CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM CITY BUSINESS - City Council Photos (60 min) With the 2019 Election and the addition of 2 new Councilmembers, the City Council will have group and individual photos taken. REVIEW - Officer Involved Critical Incident Protocol (OICI) (30 min) Mayor and Council will hear a over view of the OICI protocol. Presenter: Chief Gary Giles 1. PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE - Amending Orem City Code by enacting Section 22-14-21(C) Requirements for Cannabis Production Establishment and Medical Cannabis Pharmacy and amending Appendix A by enacting Standard Land Use Codes 2140 Cannabis Production Establishment (Subject to the requirements of Section 22-14-21(C)) and 5920 Medical Cannabis Pharmacy (Subject to the requirements of Section 22-14-21(C)).
