2. Discussion regarding North Logan City Street Lighting Standards found in the Design Standards Technical Manual, Chapter 2200 'Public Street Lighting' evaluating the specifications and development regulations for street lights in new subdivisions of North Logan City.
3. Discussion regarding a possible Water Rights Ordinance that could be located in a new section under Title 12 regarding water rights and new development within the city.
