- Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA January 9, 2020 A meeting of the CCAC will be held Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the SLC Human Resources Department - Main Office, 349 South 200 East, 5th Floor (Aspen Conference Room), Salt Lake City, UT 84111 This meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum 2. Introduction - New committee member, Brandon Dew 3. Review & adopt October 10, 2019 & November 14, 2019 meeting minutes 4. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 5. Discussion and recommended response to city council letter to the committee dated February 7, 2019 - including an informational report from S. David Jackson, Managing Director, NFP 6. Unfinished business 7. Confirm next meeting date(s): January 23, 2020, 3:30-5:30 PM; February 6 & 20, 2020, 3:30-5:30 PM; May 14, 2020, 4:00-5:00 PM; October 8, 2020, 4:00-5:00 PM. 8. Adjourn Meeting
