- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 2nd of January, 2020 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Swearing in of new council member Jeff Pei Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of officers Council Member Mona Wells Cemetery Council Member Chylene Whipple Buildings and Economic Development Council Member Jared Jackson Water and Sewer Mayor Kim E. Wilson Roads Maintenance Eric Wells Treasurer Jessica Alvey Clerk Lisa Wells Tabled Business: New Business: Business license request from Outlaws Roost, Inc. Application for sewer connection from Outlaws Roost, Inc. Application for Full-Service Alcohol License for serving beer, wine & liquor from Outlaws Roost, Inc.
