Gordon Thomas v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting a fee waiver for access to his medical billing 2019.
Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting access to new policy FD20, new matrix guideline, including all emails, correspondence, memorandums and letters related to the new policy, specifically explaining why the new policy has yet to take effect.
Tiffany Gilman v. Utah Department of Corrections: Requesting access to records related to Theodore Bundy's escape in 1976.
Andrew Gulliford v. San Juan County Commissioners: Requesting access to emails and attorney work product from Davillier Law Group related to Bears Ears National Monument.
Byron Ellis (Garfield County Taxpayers Association) v. Utah Tax Commission: Requesting a fee waiver and access to records used to calculate Garfield County's statistics in the 2019 Assessment/Sales Ratio Study, including PINs of 79 properties, correspondence between Property Tax Division and the Garfield County Tax Assessor's Office, emails, spreadsheets, forms or written requests and surveys.
Cathryn Raphael Cordray v. Seven County Infrastructure Coalition: Requesting access to Private Energy Producer 2017 Uintah Basin Railroad Study, geometrics, capital cost, and financial feasibility data.
Margaret Townsend/Ann Brown (Center for Biological Diversity) v. Seven County Infrastructure Coalition (SCIC): Requesting a fee waiver for access to all communications: (1) between SCIC and UDOT (2) between SCIC and TYR Energy; (3) containing 'Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act' and/or 'TIFIA.'
Mike Favero v. Logan City School District (LCSD): Requesting access to all legal expenses the LCSD has paid, including which legal firms were paid, hours billed and paid by LCSD and any redactions made to records provided from 1/1/2019 - 10/1/2019.
