Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will meet in a Special Session on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, in the American Fork City Administration Office Conference Room, 51 East Main Street, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
SPECIAL SESSION
The purpose of City Work Sessions is to prepare the City Council for upcoming agenda items on future City Council Meetings. The Work Session is not an action item meeting. No one attending the meeting should rely on any discussion or any perceived consensus as action or authorization. These come only from the City Council Meeting.
1. Review and action on approval of the Phelon Addition consisting of 47.39 acres at approximately 400 East 1700 South, including the Ordinance of Annexation, Annexation Agreement, and placement of the property in the I-1 (Industrial) zone and the SP (Shoreline Preservation) zone.
2. Review and action on subdivisions, commercial projects, condominiums, and PUD's including 1) plat approval; 2) method of satisfaction of water rights requirements; 3) posting of an improvement bond or setting of a time frame for improvement installation; and 4) authorization to sign the final plat and acceptance of all dedications to the public and to have the plat recorded.
a. Review and action on the amended final plat of Willow Glen Phase 2, consisting of 78 units, located in the area of 400 South 700 West in the TOD zone.
3. Adjournment.
