ZONE CHANGE a. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-19-17 to change from R-1-12 Single Family Residential 12,000 sq ft minimum to R-1-10 Single Family Residential 10,000 sq ft minimum located approximately 500 West 2800 South. Applicant is James Sullivan. b. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-19-18 to change from RA-2 Residential Agricultural minimum 2 acres to I-1 Light Industrial located at approximately 1000 East Washington Dam Road. Applicant is Judd Palmer.
