- Town Of Portage Council Meeting and Public Hearing Wednesday December 11, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1 Review and Approval of minutes from November 13 , 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of November 14-December 11 , 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Public Hearing for the Community Development Block Grant review and vote. 5. Discuss getting Leader subscription Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Review Water ordinance section 33 change. Roads- Lesley Smith Planning and Zoning- Martina John Parks- Tyson Nielson Fire Department Sgt.
