- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH December 11, 2019; 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 11TH Day of December 2019, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 P.M.
