- ELSINORE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Friday December 20, 2019 6:00 p.m. Elsinore Town Hall Fire Department Building - 35 W Main Street, Elsinore, Utah TENTATIVE ADDITIONAL TOWN COUNCIL AGENDA - Conflict of Interests - 1. Welcome - Mayor Moore 2. Opening Prayer (1 minute) - by Invitation 3. Pledge of Allegiance - by Invitation 4. Next Scheduled Council Meeting - January 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. 5. Approval of Agenda and set time to Adjourn - motion 6. Appointments: Jones & DeMille Engineering Present the results of the Bid Opening for an Elsinore Town Water System Project. That took place at 4:00 p.m. December 4, 2019 at the Richfield Office of Jones & DeMille Engineering. 7. Motion to award the project. 8. Review and Adopt Dog & Cat Ordinance. Copy available for review at Town Hall. 9. Adjournment: Items on the agenda may be considered earlier or later than shown. Meeting will adjourn after items on the agenda have been discussed.
