- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday December 8, 2019 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: - Approve minutes of Board Meeting November 12, 2019. - Review Housing Assistance Report (HAP) December 2019. - Discuss new fiscal year 2019-2020 budget. - Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. - SGHA Employee Performance Evaluations / End of year employee bonuses - Board End of year reimbursement checks - Submit new name for a new board member to make a total of 7. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
