- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2019, BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. ADJOURNMENT The undersigned duly appointed secretary hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing agenda was emailed to the Millard County Chronicle Progress newspaper in Delta, Utah, emailed to each member of the Governing Body, as well as being posted at the Hinckley Town Post Office, advertisement board located at 12 E 500 N, and Hinckley Town Office on or before this 3rd day of December 2019
