NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 3 December 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. Immediately preceding the Town Council meeting, a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) First Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 PM in regards to obtaining monies to pave the roads in the cemetery. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: a. Imre Solyom, concerning repair work on town hall b. Chelcey Franco, concerning relief on water overage bill Business: 1. Justin Atkinson, of Sunrise Engineering, and Kurt Ludvigson, of Rural Utah Water Assoc., concerning water grant & related matters 2. Discuss & approve financial policy for Wales Town 3. Discuss & make decision about water application for lot that will not have a house Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 5 November 2019 Approval for payment of November 2019 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month.
