NEW BUSINESS:
- Rob Gahley will be presenting plans for a shop at 371 W. HWY 43. He as asked if the Planning and Zoning discuss a variance on allowing him to have the shop slightly in front of his existing dwelling, due to the size of shop and the size of the lots. He is also in the process of combining the lots that his dwelling is on now along with the two he just purchased to put the shop on. He will be combining 3 lots total.
- Teresa Draper has changed the position of how she wants her dwelling to sit on her lot at East Ridge Estates she has new plans that she will be presenting.
- Jana Franz will be combining lots on 235 East. 3rd North. She will bring in a mylar for approval.
