Note: The order of items discussed on this Agenda is subject to change. 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Flag Salute C. Invocation D. Disclosures 2) REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS --None 3) BUSINESS LICENSES -None 4) PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS-None 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS- A. Discuss and consider amendments to Density Allowances for Multi-Family. B. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding Accessory Dwelling Units. C. Discuss and consider Outdoor Lighting Regulations. D. Discuss and consider approval of Mojave Mesa Final Plat, located at approximately Earl Road and Highway 91. Teancum Properties, LLC-Owner. AnA Enterprises, LLC-Applicant. E. Discuss and consider approval of the Ivins City Planning Commission Minutes for November 19, 2019. 6) REPORTS A. Planning Commission B. Chairman C.
