NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with a Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The Work Meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. with the Council Meeting scheduled to follow at 7:00 p.m. Work Session 1) 5:00 p.m. Land Use Ordinance Discussion, Bruce Parker, Planning and Development Services, LLC Council Meeting 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Canvass 2019 General Election 4) Discuss State of Utah Certified Local Government (CLG) Grant Awarded with Proposed Approval to Pass Grant through to Recipient-Casino Star Theatre, Diana Spencer 5) Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit, Blue Chip Partners (Subway), Riley Park 6) Discuss Speed Limits - County/City and Google Map Diversions ~ Mayor Nay 7) Review and Discuss Options for Sponsorship for CDBG Grant Application for Enhancements of Community -Wide Playing Fields with Proposed Approval.
