Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of minutes from October 10, 2019 Town Board meeting minutes. 6. 2019 Municipal Election Canvass and vote to accept results. 7. Water line at 325 E.-Valley Underground and possible solutions to end of line problems. 8. Roads Project Grant and Bond-Bond Attorney, set date for Public hearing to issue bond. 9. ECWAG Grant-New account for record keeping-$44,000 opening balance to come from which account. 10. Town Board Vote on Contribution to Iron County Search and Rescue. 11. Should the Town Purchase 170 N. Main St.? Councilor John Batty. 12. Replacement truck for maintenance. 13. Kanarra Falls Related: Closing December 1, 2019 Christmas bonus for Kiosk staff. 14. Town Board Reports. 15. Mayor's Report. 16. New Business. 17. Closed Session. 18. Adjourn.
