- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a training and study session on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the conference room at Jones and DeMille Engineering at 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Roll Call. 2. Zoning Ordinance: Meet with Bruce Parker, Planning and Development Services, for training and to discuss proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance. 3. Adjournment.
