NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Review and Proposed Approval of Conditional Use Permit, Launey Ivers, DBA Little Caesars Pizza at Approximately 111 No. Main ~ Councilmember Taylor 4) Discuss Eagle Scout Project and City's Possible Participation, Pearson Judy 5) Discuss Culinary Water Connection at Approximately 232 West 200 South, Doris Earl, with Proposed Approval of Fee Waiver 6) Discuss Sidewalk Maintenance Project and Prioritization with Proposed Approval ~ Mayor Nay 7) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Contract with PEHP for City Employees 8) Discuss City Code Regarding Liquor Sales, City Code: 4.20.180.1 Hours of Operation 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, September 18, 2019 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Future Items 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
