- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING AND FIRST PUBLIC HEARING FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2019 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) First Public Hearing and Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Roll Call 3. First Public Hearing held for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 4. Minutes of Meeting held October 2, 2019, to be approved and/or amended by the council 5. Citizens Requests Kayla Bullard Zach Leavitt Tyson Jewkes 6. Bills & Finances 7. Department Reports Parks & Cemeteries: Water: Roads: Fire: Office: 8. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 9. Adjourn
