HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., NOVEMBER 7, 2019. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE: A. Ordinance 19-11 - An ordinance amending the Municipal Zoning Map and annexing certain real property and extending the Corporate Limits of Hyrum City, Utah (NORTHERN ADDITION TO HYRUM CITY -(West Point Dairy, National Equipment, Deborah J. Fellows Trail, Larry & Maryette Shoop, Mathew Thornley and Tessa Bodrero, Edmund and Dorothy Nash, and Benjamin and Isabelle Clark, and Union Pacific Railroad - approximately 19.712 acres). 10. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Approval and acknowledgement of Utah Local Government Trust Board Member Compensation. B. Consideration and acceptance of Rolling Hills Subdivision Phase 5. C. Consideration and award of bids for Stormwater Drainage Pipe Replacement, Culinary Water Line Replacement, and Expansion of Irrigation Pond. D. Set date for Board of Canvassers Meeting. E.
