- AMENDED NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Resolution 2019-11 - A Resolution Requesting Re-certification of the Wellington City Justice Court. 4. Resolution 2019-12 - A Resolution Amending the Wellington City Fee Schedule 5. Rodney Pierce of RCP Construction - Professional Opinion of Residential Concerns Pertaining to the City's Repair of a Leak and replacement of a Driveway at 45 N 100 East. 6. Vouchers and Warrants 7.
