- DRAPER ARENA ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Arena Advisory Board will hold a Business Meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 6:00 PM, at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020 in the Administrative Conference Room. Discussion: Renaissance Fair, AJ Clayson 5. Discussion: Moto Challenge Finalize and vote on a date Sponsorship package changes 6. Discussion: Tanner Valerio Concert event and City Council Response, Doug Vawdrey 7. Discussion: Damage at Ballard Arena 8. Committee member reports for future Agenda Items 9.
